Refund Policy

At NH Details, we take pride in providing quality mobile auto detailing services and customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be issued for services booked through our website or otherwise arranged with our business.

General Policy

Because NH Details provides labor-based, service-oriented work, all completed services are generally considered final once performed. Refunds are not automatically issued simply because a customer changes their mind after a service has been completed.

Service Concerns

If you are dissatisfied with any service provided, please contact us as soon as possible, and no later than 24 hours after the service is completed. We may request photos, a description of the concern, and any relevant details so we can review the issue properly.

If we determine that a service issue was caused by our workmanship and not by pre-existing vehicle conditions, unreasonable expectations, or circumstances outside our control, we may, at our discretion, offer a re-service, partial refund, or other resolution.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Appointments canceled or rescheduled may be subject to notice requirements. If a customer fails to provide reasonable notice or is not present at the scheduled appointment time, a refund may not be issued. Any deposit or booking fee, if applicable, may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated at the time of booking.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be issued for:

  • Customer change of mind after service completion.

  • Conditions not disclosed before service, including excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, odors, or other heavy contamination.

  • Missed appointments or inaccessible vehicles.

  • Services limited or affected by weather, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control.

Resolution Process

If you believe you are eligible for a refund or service correction, please contact us directly. We will review the matter in good faith and determine an appropriate resolution based on the facts of the situation.
